The Dépendance Fontanella takes its name from the old stone fountain that adorns its private garden. This independent dwelling offers the utmost privacy within the Villa Serena complex.

Entirely on the ground floor (with just one step at the entrance), Fontanella has one double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room, perfect for 2 children. One full bathroom serves the entire property.

The private garden is fully enclosed: ideal for those travelling with young children or pets. Thanks to its slightly secluded position, Fontanella enjoys absolute tranquillity and open views over the cultivated fields and surrounding hills.
