Check-in is from 15:00. Using our online check-in service, you can arrive even late at night. Check-out is by 10:00. Different times can be agreed directly with us depending on availability — contact us and we'll do our best.

Yes! We are pet friendly. We accept dogs and cats of all sizes. We ask that you let us know at the time of booking and follow some simple cohabitation rules (no animals on sofas/beds, not in the pool, please clean up in the garden).

Our standard cancellation policy provides a full refund up to 30 days before arrival. Between 30 and 14 days, a 50% refund. Under 14 days, no refund. We always recommend taking out travel insurance.

Villa Serena has an exclusive private pool. The Dépendances Serenella and Fontanella, when booked separately, share the complex's pool. When the entire complex is booked by a single group, Villa Serena Exclusive, the pool is exclusively theirs.

The villas are just 10 minutes by car from Cortona's historic centre. The nearest airports are Perugia (PEG, 40 min) or Florence (FLR, 1h30). From Rome it's about 2h30 by car. Private parking is free and spacious.

Yes, the final cleaning is included in the price. For stays longer than 7 nights, a complimentary linen change service is provided. Beach towels, bed linen and bathroom towels are always included. Additional cleaning during your stay is available for an extra charge.

Absolutely! For events, weddings, family reunions or large groups (up to 14 people) you can book the complete complex. Contact us directly for a personalised quote.

Cortona has an excellent selection of restaurants a 3-minute drive or 15-minute walk from the villa. We'll give you our personal guide with our favourite spots — from local trattorias to Michelin-starred restaurants. The weekly Cortona market (Saturday morning) is a must-not-miss experience!
